Catering Booking and Payment:

• To confirm your catering booking with Mye Green Mango, a 50% deposit is required upfront.
• The remaining 50% payment is due on the day of the event.
• Payments can be made in cash or by major credit/debit cards.
• Please note that your booking is considered provisional until the deposit is received.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled event.
• Refunds for cancellations made prior to the notice period will be subject to our discretion.

Menu and Dietary Requirements:

• We offer a variety of menu options to cater to different preferences and dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices.
• We are happy to accommodate specific dietary needs whenever possible. Please inform us of any special requests or allergies in advance.

Changes to the Booking:

• Any changes to the catering order, such as guest count, menu selection, or event details, should be communicated to us at least 5 days before the scheduled event.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.

Liability and Damages:

• Mye Green Mango takes utmost care in food preparation and delivery. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during the event.
• Clients are responsible for any damages or loss of catering equipment and are required to reimburse the cost of repair or replacement.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes), we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the catering service. In such cases, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives or provide a refund.
